JEECUP Exam 2024
The Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh (JEECUP) has started the application process for the JEECUP 2024 on January 8, 2024. Eligible candidates who are interested in applying for the JEECUP exam 2024 can register for the UPJEE (Polytechnic) examination through the official JEECUP website. As per the given schedule, the last date to fill out the application form is February 29, 2024. The examination authority will release the JEECUP admit card 2024 on March 10. The exam is scheduled to be conducted from March 16 to 22, 2024.
JEE Mains & JEE Advanced
The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) is an engineering entrance assessment conducted for admission to various engineering colleges in India. It is constituted by two different examinations: the JEE-Main and the JEE-Advanced. The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) conducts the joint admission process for a total of 23 Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), 31 National Institutes of Technology (NITs), 25 Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs) campuses and other Government Funded Technical Institutes (GFTIs) based on the rank obtained by a student in JEE-Main or JEE-Advanced, depending on the engineering college. There are some institutes, such as the Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISERs), the Indian Institute of Petroleum and Energy (IIPE), the Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology (RGIPT), the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST), and the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), which use the score obtained in the JEE-Advanced examination as the basis for admission, but are not a part of the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) counselling process. Any student who takes admission to an Indian Institute of Technology cannot appear for the JEE-Advanced examination again, but the same is not the case with NIT, IISc, IISERs, RGIPT, IIPE, and IIST.
NEET UG Exam
The National Eligibility Entrance Test (Undergraduate) or NEET (UG), formerly the All India Pre-Medical Test (AIPMT), is an all India pre-medical entrance test for students who wish to pursue undergraduate medical (MBBS), dental (BDS), and AYUSH (BAMS, BUMS, BHMS, etc.) courses in government and private institutions in India and also, for those intending to pursue primary medical qualification abroad.
CLAT exam
The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) is a centralized national-level entrance test for admissions to the 25 out of 27 National Law Universities (NLU) except NLU Delhi and NLU Meghalaya which administer their own entrance exams, the All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) and the NLU Meg Admission Test (MEG UAT), respectively. Both AILET & MEG UAT are anticipated to be merged into CLAT in the coming years. CLAT was first introduced in 2008 as a centralized entrance examination for admission to the National Law Schools/Universities in India. A few private and self-financed law schools in India also use these scores for law admissions. Public sector undertakings in India like ONGC, Coal India, BHEL, the Steel Authority of India, Oil India, the Indian Army (for the recruitment of JAG officers) use CLAT Post Graduation (CLAT PG) scores.
MAT Exam
The All India Management Association conducts MAT or Management Aptitude Test four times a year. The test offers admission in MBA and PGDM courses in over 800 business schools in India. The registration process for MAT February 2024 has now started at mat.aima.in. The MAT exam is conducted in three different modes: offline or paper-based test (PBT), online or computer-based test (CBT), and remote or internet-based proctored test (IBT).
CUET 2024
The National Testing Agency (NTA) will be conducting the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) 2024 from May 15 to May 31, in an online mode. The NTA will start the CUET 2024 registration process in February 2024 at cuet.samarth.ac.in. The exam schedule for CUET UG 2024 has been officially released by the NTA and can be accessed through the official website, nta.ac.in. Through this CUET UG examination, candidates can gain admission to a number of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
WBJEE-2024
WBJEEB will conduct OMR based Common Entrance Examination (WBJEE-2024) for admission in the academic session 2024-25 for Undergraduate Courses in Engineering / Technology, Pharmacy and Architecture courses of different Universities, Government Colleges as well as Self-Financing Engineering / Technological Institutes in the State of West Bengal.
ICAR
The Ministry of Education, Government of India (GOI) has established National Testing Agency (NTA) as an independent autonomous and self-sustained premier testing organization under Society Registration Act, 1860 for conducting efficient, transparent and international standards tests in order to assess the competency of candidates for admissions to premier higher education institutions. The Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) is the apex body for coordinating, guiding, and managing research and education in agriculture in the entire country under the aegis of DARE, Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare. The ICAR-AU System of India has 74 Agricultural Universities comprising 63 State Agricultural, Veterinary, Horticultural and Fisheries Universities (SAUs), 4 ICAR-DUs, viz. IARI, IVRI, NDRI and CIFE, 3 Central Agricultural Universities (CAU, Imphal, Dr. RPCAU, Pusa and RLBCAU, Jhansi), 4 Central Universities (CU) having Faculty of Agriculture (BHU, AMU, Viswa Bharati and Nagaland University). The National Agricultural Research, Education and Extension System (NAREES) of India is one of the largest in the world, admitting more than 28000 students at UG level and over 17,500 students at Master’s and Doctoral level annually.
